Worship for a Christian involves much more than gathering for a public worship assembly. It also occurs in our day to day lives as we do the best we can to please and glorify God daily in every aspect of life..
Individual worship, however, is not enough; we are instructed also to gather each first day of the week (Acts 20:7). God commands: "not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some" (Hebrews 10:25). In the weekly assembly we worship with one another in the presence of Christ. These worship services are intimate and focus on praising God and our Lord Jesus Christ. Many people are pleasantly surprised with the simplicity and beauty of worship patterned after the teaching and examples found in the New Testament. We invite you to come experience firsthand what we believe to be an exact replica of worship as was observed by Christians who were directly under the guidance of Jesus, the apostles, and the holy Scripture "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20)
"God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." —Jesus, John 4:24 ‘"You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve. ’” (Luke 4:8) "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" —Jesus John 8:32 |
